Zine Corral - Yeehah!
There was movement at the festival, for the word had got around, that the zine from NYWF had got away.
Howdy, partner!
Get your lassos and your reading glasses ready. It’s time to round up your zines, old and new, for the Zine Corral!
With experienced zine handlers Maddy Phelan and Miss Helen, we’ll be rounding up wild zines and breaking them in, leading the timid zines calmly by the bridle, and showing off our own prize studs.
Help us round up zines from all over the country by bringing your own zines to add to the Corral, or come sit on a bale of hay and browse through the ones that didn’t get away.
The Zine Corral will be setting up in a number of locations over the festival, wherever the dust rises and herds of wild zines roam. Look out for the Zine Corral in the following possible locations:
The back of TPI house
Outside the festival club
Civic Park
And at the following events:
Academy of DIY (Saturday, 3pm-6pm)
Independent Press and Zine Fair (Sunday 10am-5pm)
