Affect Me

Crack Theatre Festival

After meeting a stranger for coffee in the morning, Bonnie will spend the remaining daylight hours developing a performative response to this interaction. At 7:30pm, Bonnie will perform this freshly-squeezed work at the very same café to the (now, not-so) stranger. For them. For her. For you. As café patrons, you are given permission to watch and listen: to observe this rapid-response performance as a voyeur. The Affect Me project is an amalgamation of Bonnie’s personal and creative life; leaving indistinguishable where her interactions with the world end and the performance begins.
