My Sandman

Crack Theatre Festival

A bad dream/a beautiful dream. my sandman is a one-on-one performance piece about engaging our relationship with dreams into our everyday consciousness. Using original compositions, recordings and ambient soundscapes, ‘rebecca’s world’ invites you to be comfortable with your imaginative encounters whilst she handles and tailors what will be your very own ‘sandman’ experience. my sandman is an intimate investigation into how music and sound can trigger our responses, reactions and emotions, whether that be consciously or subconsciously; awake or asleep. It is a performance that lightly touches your senses, attends to your mind and plays with reminiscence.
