STALLHOLDERS WANTED - THIS IS NOT ART SUNDAY FAIR - 05 OCTOBER 08
Calling all DIY craftists, independent designers, record labels, zine makers, and people who make stuff! Registrations for the Sunday Fair Artists Market are NOW OPEN.
This Is Not Art Sunday Fair on 05 October will fill Civic Park to overflowing with art wearables and anti-miserables. With badges, books, cards, clothes, comics, cupcakes, flags, hats, hoodies, miniatures, mix tapes, patches, pins, post cards, posters, prints, puppets, recordings, tea-cups, toys, t-shirts & zines.
Its an opportunity to share your wares. Your hand- and heart-made stuff, for swap or sale.
The Sunday Fair day includes Artists Market, Zine and Independent Publishing Fair, solar powered outdoor stage with special guest performances, other performances and readings at the National Young Writers' Festival Super Picnic and a lovely crowd taking their time in the great outdoors.

DATE: SUNDAY 05 OCTOBER 2008
TIME: 12.00 - 17.00
LOCATION: CIVIC PARK, NEWCASTLE
We supply the tables and chairs, beautiful shade in the park, food stalls and good crowds (creatives and kooks from across Australia).
Tables are 2.3M trestle tables, affordably priced:
|| 1/2 table for individuals $20
|| Full table for collectives (get some friends together) $40
|| Full table for retailers or distros $50
|| Plus $5 for Public Liability Insurance - PLI is required for stallholders. We offer a $5 per registration cover via Octapod Association. Or if you already have your own, just bring your certificate of currency.
Special note re: the zine fair
National Young Writers' Festival offer a special arrangement for zinesters,independent publishers,book-makers and comic artists (ie a FREE registration) - so if this is you, contact zinefair.nywf[at]gmail.com to register for a stall. All other stallholders, contact the Sunday Fair Co-ordinator.

Register for your pitch by completing the application form and returning it to the Sunday Fair Co-ordinator. Cash only payment on the day.
